So well, the summer vacations have yet again, started. Though I knew I needed a break, the idea of a 1.5 month break feels sad. I might sound totally insane, but I'm gonna miss my friends. One very irritating thing is that I hardly find anyone online. Idiots.
The last day was *totally* boring in the beginning, I was so sure I'd kill everyone of my classmates by the end of it. I went out of the class out of sheer boredom, and when I got back Vatsalya told me that Iraj and Saksham drew my comic portrait on the whiteboard. They gave it the heading of "Bunty, the PIG" and wrote "1993-2008 RIP"(Rest In Peace). Totally aghast, I went up to the board where they were busy making other people's portraits. I was laughing madly when they made Ashutosh's (I think, or it was some other guy) and instead of Rest In Peace, they wrote "May his soul play football" =D. I had to take my revenge which is precisely why I drew Saksham's portrait on my desk.
The last 2 periods were a chaos. We probably had to go for SUPW, but after the maths teacher/REP took half the period, we decided not to go. And then AG and I chucked water on the people in our neighbouring class. Muhahaha. They didn't realize it was us. All they saw was water shower from the partition.
In the end, I and Vatsalya couldn't help starting a paper ball fight. As I later said "I wouldn't meet these donkeys for a month.... Had to have a good fight". It was total embarrassment though. My aim is truly the subject of laughter, and I really can't blame anyone. How my shots get deflected by 45 degree, I do not know. And to think of it I can play basketball...
After hanging round with Pragya at the end of the day, I went back for the Programming Finals. Surprisingly, there were 7 teams. 1 team didn't turn up, I think and there were 2 extra ones. Yet again, surprisingly, the competition was good. I and Anand managed to do questions worth 110 points. The team that came first though, (Karanveer and Pranshu) managed to do questions worth a hundred points but they were ahead of us in time. That was coz I was stupid enough not to read the entire paper in the beginning, and the 50 marker, which was amazingly lock and shockingly simple, was attempted in the end. The time left was also counted, so we came second by 40 marks. Karanveer's team got a 300, mine got a 257 or something. The team that came third managed a 130.
Nonetheless, it was fun. It feels so good when you yell "ATTEMPT"(that's what they do in inter school, here we had to yell "SUBMIT". I felt stupid, first yelling "attempt" and then "submit" just for the sake of it. :P) knowing that you're gonna get it right and clearly not feeling useless..
After it ended, I walked out of the school, wondering how many people would have been idiotic enough, like me, to stay back on the last day. I had prepared myself for facing an empty GR-bus. But I didn't even "face" the GR-bus. Apparently there had been some announcement about GR-buses not plying that day. Obviously no announcement can be heard in my class. Feeling a lot more happy(traveling in an auto makes me feel independent and er good) I called namya and went to her place to collect a book from there. Surprisingly I met Iraj too and then got back to my place by 5. It was horribly hot in the auto and the only realize my mood was good when got back was coz I was on the phone throughout the journey and coz I got myself a bottle of cold water.
I slept from 5 to 9, saw tv from 9 to 2, slept till 10. Then went to Nayan's (the girl :P) birthday party. Saw Chronicles Of Narnia, it's decent enough, kiddish though :) . And in the past 2 days I've only watched TV or chatted or talked on phone or read Alex Rider(thanks a bunch namya, its a nice book)
Au revoir now people. I think I've bored you enough. ;) Sorry

13 Wisecracks:
Ah, the golden days of youth.
Your aim's improved, hasn't it? The deflection, if I remember right, used to be pi/2.
pi/2? radians? so er that'll be 180 degrees... no way.... not that bad... i never hit the completely opposite direction!!!
alex rider......hmmmm.....which 1?
watch stormbreaker its so cool
how do u activate that wisecrack thing ??
pls tell me
i read point blanc from namya and then downloaded the ebook of storm breaker.
somehow, i liked point blanc more than the storm breaker.
is there a movie? hmmmmm...
and as far as the wisecracks are concerned, u can change "comments" to anything u want in the settings. who are u anyway?
Coolest thing in this blog post was that i haven't ever heard of Alex rider. That is significant for me,because i have read more then a 1000 books since my birth [Nops me ain't a bookworm]
Thanx for the info
God bless you :-)
Yo. You're welcome.
Good movie, decent looking guy. Watch it if you can.
Is the Stormbreaker ebook legally free or did you get it off the P2P network?
And pi/2 radians is actually 90 degrees, a perfectly acceptable deflection.
*remembers volleyball games*
oh lol yeah. volleyball, is a different matter altogether.
i download ebooks from this site called esnips.com .... they're generally ok.. only recently did i realize that there's something called the microsoft ebook reader. somehow, i prefer NOTEPAD to it which is sadly saying a lot.
i didn't know alex rider had a movie. speaking of books, i read percy jackson. pretty good, actually.
Yeah, the only thing I found irritating about Percy Jackson was that nobody who's supposed to be dead ever stays dead. Gets a little too deus ex machina at times. (But I suppose that's ok, seeing as it's about Greek gods.)
Yeah. I somehow liked it, probably coz it doesn't get boring.....
that was me. again.
sheesh. sorry.
Oh well. What they did in our class was, tore up a pic of the Principal from the Chem Magazine and stuck it at the top of the white board. Then, they bow down in front and start making worshippy noises.
I had the marker, so I wrote R.I.P. and 'Om' around the photo.
Somebody tore out a pic of Einstein. So this guy says, "kya yaar, hamare principal ke saamne Einstein toh kuchh bhi nahin hai. Inko yahan mat lagao."
Lol.... Nice.... I like your class... :)
